We live in a beautiful part of the lake District in a small village called Lorton, near to Crummockwater and Buttermere. There is a pub in the village only 3/4 mile away which serves lovely food. Keswick, which is very well known, is 8 miles away and Cockermouth 4 miles. The rooms have tea-coffee facilites and there is a lounge with colour t.v. for guests use. There is a large garden for guests to enjoy. A fabulous area for walkers and sightseers alike.
