
| Skirwith Hall Cottage is the west wing of the large Georgian Farmhouse overlooking the large garden which is landscaped down to the Briggle Beck. The house is fully centrally heated by an oil-fired Rayburn cooker and has an open fire in the oak-beamed sitting room. There is a dining room and a second sitting room which can be used as a fourth bedroom, this has an adjoining shower room and toilet. Upstairs there is a large bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. The three bedrooms are a family room with twin beds and full sized bunks, a room with a king-size bed and a single bed and a cot and one with a double bed. | ![]() |

Smithy Cottage as its name suggests was once the home of the village blacksmith. The old smithy is still attached to the cottage. The cottage stands in its own garden beside the beck.There is parking space for two cars. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and a cot and one with twin beds. Downstairs there is a dining room and lounge, both with open fires, a kitchen, walk-in larder and bathroom. The cottage is comfortably furnished with electric night-storage heaters on the ground floor and convector heaters in the bedrooms. |
