Debra Witting and her husband have only recently bought the hotel and are in the process of applying for ratings. It used to be an AA 2 star but they have upgraded it and so are hopeful of 3 star status. It has also been suggested that they will attain 4 or 5 diamond status with ETC. They are also applying for the AA rosette scheme for their excellent food so watch this space!
