We are the lowest priced hotel in Manhattan"s Lower East Side. Our top priorities are guest satisfaction, security and cleanliness. Our rooms are small, with shared bath facilities and private baths for the ladies. We have on site laundry facilities and 24 hour hotel security. We are geared mainly to students and backpackers, though we have had whole families stay with us from all over the world. Our rates are as follows : single rooms- $25.00 to $30.00 per night (tax included). double rooms- $50.00 to $60.00 (tax included). We are centrally located to all train and bus services and are just blocks away from many of Mannhattan's historic districts.
